Show starts with clips of the Austin/Vince saga.
The corporate Ministry comes to the ring. Vince gets pushed in his Wheelchair by HHH.
Vince says he hopes everyone brought their cameras because if Austin shows up people will get good pictures because it will be the last time the Austin will be on WWF TV with the World Title.
Vince guarantees that Austin will lose the WWF title to the Undertaker on Sunday.
Vince says that it is the first time he has ever put his career on the line.
He also says that Undertakers career on the line this Sunday.
Undertaker grabs the mica and says that NO ONE threatens him. He says that at Fully Loaded he will open Austin up and will be come the champ and that he is doing it for himself not for Vince. Vince said that he wants to remind the whole corporation who signs their checks.
Undertaker says that no one owns him or tells him what to do.
HHH tells UT to back off.
HHH then asks Vince why he trusts UT. HHH says that he knows that he is nothing without Vince. He says that he wants to be substituted for UT on Sunday.
Undertaker tells HHH that the road to Fully Loaded goes through the Undertaker.
Vince says that its all about control. Vince says that he doesn't know if he cant trust his control at Fully Loaded. Vince says that tonight on Raw will be UT vs. HHH and the winner gets to face Austin at the PPV and the loser can face the Rock.
Austin then comes to the arena in a blood mobile. Austin tells the Undertaker that if he wants blood he brought him a whole truck full of it.
He then promises that before the night is over he is gonna lock the Undertaker in the blood mobile and then extract blood from Vince.
Road Dogg and Chyna are shown split screen waling into the arena with their respective chains.

HHH and Shane and Vince are show in the back. HHH says that if Vince takes care of him, he will take care of Vince.
First match: Road Dogg vs. Chyna(Dog Pound match)
Road Dogg comes to the ring and does his usual bit. Chyna comes to the ring looking unsure about the match. Road Dogg says "All dogs should be collard and bitch you see where mine is at!" Road Dogg quickly gets the upper hand on Chyna until Billy Gunn comes to the ring. Billy hangs Road Dogg fro m the ropes with the chain. X-pac runs to the ring and Chyna and Billy leave.
Winner: No-Contest
Vince HHH and Shane are shown again in the back. a knock comes to the door and Vince freaks out yelling "Thats him...Thats him!"
HHH opens the door and its the Posse.

Shane is shown leading the Posse into the ring. He says that there is only one asshole in this arena and his name is Test. He says that he is here to publicly apologize to his sister. He asks Steph to come down to the ring so that he can apologize. Test and Steph are show in the back and he asks her not to go out. She says that she will go out and it will be OK. She comes to ringside and Shane tells her that he loves her more than any brother loves a sister. He says the he would never Intentionally strike her. He says that it is Test's fault. He says that he has been talking to Joey and Joey is willing to take her back. She says that she doesn't want any part of Joey or Shane. Joey gets on the mica and asks her if she remember how good it used to be. He says that he is willing to take her back. She slaps him and tells them all to stay out of her life.
The Rock is shown in the back. A guy is asking him for an autograph. The Rock asks the guy what his name is. The guy replies Mark. The rock said "It doesn't matter what you name is!"

Second Match: 4 team elimination tag match(Tag Team Championship Match)
Val Venis and the Godfather come out first. The show comes back form a clip of the Ventura press conference and all 4 teams are in the ring. Matt Hardy and Bradshaw start off the match. Matt tags in Prince Albert. Bradshaw gets a big clothesline on Albert and pins him to get that team out. Val comes in. Bradshaw goes for the clothes line but gets slammed Val instead. Bradshaw tags in Jeff Hardy. Val tags in Godfather. Jeff then tags in Bradshaw. Godfather tags in Val again. Val gets some right hands on Bradshaw and the Godfather hits Bradshaw with his cane. Val rolls up Bradshaw to get them out. Godfather comes in and gets the Ho train on Matt. Jeff gets a hurancanrana(sp?) for the win.

Jeff Jarett and Debra are show walking in the back. Jeff tells Debra that he will be doing all the talking and she just needs to put her puppies up.
G-TV comes on and shows the Mystery Men in the back. It is basically an Advertisement. Ben Stiller says that he would rather look at Debra's puppies than watch his movie. Ben SDtiller sees the camera and turns it off.
Third Match: Jeff Jarett vs. Christian(Intercontenintal Title Match)1
Jeff and Debra come to the ring. Jeff says that there are no puppies in anyones future tonight. He tells Austin to stay away from his belt. Christian comes out to new music. Match starts and Christian tries to go for an early win. Christian gets a pin on Jeff but the ref is distracted. Christian gets mad and goes outside after Debra. Jeff tries to hit Christian with the guitar but misses. Match goes back to the inside and Jeff wins with a reverse Russian leg sweep. After the match is done the Brood's music comes on and Jeff gets a bloodbath. Edge comes out. and he and Jarett get into it.
Winner: Jeff Jarett
The Rock is shown walking around the back.
HHH is shown telling Chyna to go take care of her business and he will stay put.

Show comes back on and Jarett says that he is gonna get "Gothic" on Edge at Fully Loaded
Fourth Match: The Rock vs. Billy Gunn
The Rock says that Billy isn't felling well today and he prolly has a little bit of the rock fever. He says that instead of putting the thermometer in his mouth he will pull down his panties and put it "straight up his candy ass." The Rock meets Billy on the ramp. Both men get in the ring and the bell rings. Billy gets s big splash in the corner on Rock. The rock gets a big clothes line on Billy. Match goes out to the floor and Gunn gets the upper hand. Billy gets a jack hammer type suplex on Rock and gets a 2 count. Rock gets a Samoan Drop on Billy. Both men are down on the mat. Billy gets up first quickly followed by the Rock. The rock explodes with two big right hand and some kicks in the corner. The rock then gets a big DDT on Gunn but Chyna has the ref distracted. Billy goes of the ropes and accidentally hits Chyna. Rock get s a Rock Bottom on Billy and goes for the Peoples Elbow but gets hit with a chair by Chyna. Billy get the Fame-Ass-er for the win.

Austin is shown pacing in the dressing room in the back.

Fifth Match: Al Snow vs. Big Bossman
AL gets on the announce table and goes crazy.He says the voices in his head wont stop. He throws a few chairs and the bell in the ring. he then asks Bossman to hit him. Bossman does. Bossman then handcuffs him to the ring. Bossman continues to attack Al with the night stick.
Winner: No-contest

Fifth Match: Edge and D-lo vs. Midion and Gangrel
Edge gets a drop kick on Midion. Midion gets a clothesline on Edge as Gangrel laughs in the corner. All four men get into the ring. Midion and Gangrel get pushed together and D-lo and Edge do a catapult type move. D-lo gets the frogsplash on Midion to get the win.
Winner:Edge and D-lo

Sixth Match: Test vs. Steve Blackman
Clips from the Shane/Steph ordeal from earlier are shown. Black man gets a half Boston crab on Test. Test doesn't get to mount much of an offensive. Test gets a power bomb on Blackman and both men go down. Test gets a swinging neck breaker on Blackman. The Posse runs to the ring and the ref calls for the bell. All The whole Posse goes to work on Test as Blackman watches on. Ken Shamrock come in with a Baseball bat and clears the ring. Blackman pulls out two weapons outside the ring and he and Ken stare each other down.
Winner: No-contest
Undertaker is shown leaving his lockeroom

Show comes back on with Blackman leaving the arena.
Seventh Match: Big Show and Hardcore Holly vs. X-pac and Kane
Holly is telling Show what to do. Show just laughs at him. X-pac tells Kane to leave. All four men are fighting outside of the ring. The Undertaker comes out and Choke slams X-pac. He then hits show in the back of the head with the steps. UT throws the steps on Holly. UT then tells Kane that its time to go and both men leave. As they get to the entranceway Kane turns around and goes back to the ring. He leans over X-pac and UT comes back in to stop him. A replay of UT choke slamming X-pac is show and Kane sees it. Kane then choke slams UT, picks up X-pac and leaves. X-pac gives Kane a hug at he entranceway.

Main Event: HHH w/Chyna and Vince vs. The Undertaker
Match starts off with HHH getting the upper hand. UT turns it around with a clothesline. UT slams HHH into the steel steps. UT gets thrown out of the ring and Chyna gets a cheap shot on him. Vince seems to be cheering for HHH. Stone Cold is show walking towards the ring. He runs into the ring and attacks UT. Rock then runs in and attacks HHH. The Rock and HHH fight into the crowds. Austin and UT go into the crowd toward the blood mobile. As they get to the blood mobile UT cracks the windshield with Austin's head. Austin locks UT in the blood mobile. He then goes back to ringside to the now alone Vince. Vince tries to sneak away as Austin celebrates until Austin sees him. Austin gives Vince right hands to the head. He then hits him in the forehead with the Smoking Skull Belt. Vince is bleeding fro m the belt shot. Austin knocks the wheelchair over and signs the contract for the match at Fully Loaded. UT comes back and hits Austin with a beer can in the head. Both Austin and Vince are lying on the floor in a bloody mess. UT goes back into he ring and picks up the Smoking Skull belt.
